Kathlynn Cadiente is a Certified Family Law Specialist who has dedicated her practice exclusively to family law since 2017. She has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of matters, including high-conflict divorces, child custody and visitation, property division, child and spousal support, parentage actions, and domestic violence restraining orders.
Ms. Cadiente approaches each case with the understanding that every client’s situation is unique. Ms. Cadiente is committed to guiding clients through challenging family transitions with skill and compassion. Whether a case requires extensive litigation or collaborative resolution, Ms. Cadiente is prepared to assist clients however they need.
Ms. Cadiente has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since 2021. Ms. Cadiente is active in the legal community, serving as the Family Law Liaison for the California Lawyers Association’s New Lawyers Section from 2022 to 2023, and as a general board member for the San Diego Family Law Bar Association from 2023 to 2026.
Ms. Cadiente graduated as valedictorian of Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December 2016. In law school, Ms. Cadiente served as an editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Politics, with a minor in English, from the University of San Diego.
Originally from Lemoore, California, Ms. Cadiente now calls San Diego home. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and caring for her three pets: Mo, her three-legged cat; Junior, her French bulldog; and Pixie, her chihuahua-poodle mix.
